What is a mousse?
It is a circle of polymeric material that is installed between the rim and the tyre, mainly to protect the rim from shocks and avoid the dreaded punctures caused by cutting the rim.
How doest it works?
Rebel Mousse system have a large contact surface, it provides more rigidity and stability to the tire, providing better grip especially on impacts.
It also allows you to ride with lower air pressure, avoiding slipping and flexing of the tire, this means better sensitivity on the terrain, more traction and grip.
